Weekly Prenatal Yoga Series offered in studio or online!

In this weekly one hour prenatal Yoga class, Heather will guide you through gentle movements to stretch & restore, learn breath practice to focus and relax, and move through strengthening postures to prepare physically and mentally and for pregnancy, birth & postpartum.

In studio at Yoga For Today- Sherwood Park, Alberta

Live class will also be available to online registrants via a zoom link sent by studio prior to class

Tuesdays 7:15-8:15pm
